![]() Trust is the rarest of all currencies, and none will be found by those unwilling to shed a little of his own… or a few buckets of blood. The Wandering Wrath's second and third in command, Cutter and Nicky Nails, have agenda's of their own. Uninvited eyes are always watching where there is fame and fortune to be had. ![]() Yet it is often true in the murky underbelly of the harsh seas, that things aren't always what they seem.Ĭaptain Ed Teal recruits the hero of the story for a personal errand, one such errand that's allegedly unconnected with treasure, but rather to reconnect him with his lost love a secluded and hermitical maiden by the name of Maren who is said to inhabit the islands. The ship's notorious captain is a man so cruel and vile, he is said to have been born without a soul. Plots within plots and schemes within schemes devolve the crew of the Wandering Wrath into mistrust and outright mutiny, and all the while the lives of the islands' innocents hang perilously in the balance. Trust, after all, is no short sale in these cursed islands, especially not for a man tasked with finding the Treasure - an immaterial wealth said to manifest the beholder's wildest dreams. A band of fame-hungry pirates led by the legendary Captain Ed Teal have become trapped in a cursed archipelago when their ship ran aground, where they will be damned to remain forever until aided by a hero with a strong back and a (somewhat) loyal disposition. This is a rare kind of DLC, it's the kind that manages to be better than the main game, Two Worlds 2 sucked (to learn why read my review of This is a rare kind of DLC, it's the kind that manages to be better than the main game, Two Worlds 2 sucked (to learn why read my review of it) but this DLC manages to be a fun time, there are cool boss battles, tons of cool loot, new side quests, new achievements, memorable moments, and more hours of content to sink your teeth into, it also has it's own unique sense of humor, whether it's a hidden reference to something like the Incredible Hulk or just a cheesy joke I found myself laughing quite a bit, and adds a few new features like moral choices and multiple endings which I wish would have been in the main game, but it does have it's flaws, for one thing some of the flaws like bugs carry over from the main game, and you will have to suffer through a overly long and boring part where you have to go through and help a completely unlikable person with his past issues by doing stupid things like making him a sandwich or doing his chores, or helping him through school and fixing his marriage because he is too big of a lazy loser to do it himself, but those are minor complaints my main complaints are that two side quests broke on me and that it's outrageously overpriced at 2400 Microsoft points ($30.00), if it weren't so outrageously overpriced I would have given it a higher score and recommended it to everyone, but as for now it's a really good DLC that manages to be better than the original, but is held pack by a 1 or 2 hour long boring part, some broken quests, and a way to high asking price, but I still can recommend it to Two Worlds 2 super fans who must have more Two Worlds 2, for everyone else hope the price goes down and if it does then buy it.Pirates of the Flying Fortress, the expansion to Winter 2011's runaway hit, Two Worlds II (over 5 million copies sold worldwide), is rife with betrayal and bloody intrigue upon the high seas.
